The Lay Leader Development Course (LLDC) is a  jewel training program that begins with a core course of Disciple Training and then branches into four other core areas including; Bible Study, Theology, Church History, and Personal Ministry.  The foundational course of Disciple Training is a thirteen (13) week course that is geared to introduce the student/disciple to a love of life-long learning.  From this course the student can choose to continue at his/her own pace through the rest of the LLDC or use this as a stand-alone personal spiritual development tool.   Should the student desire to pursue completion of the course, the average time frame to complete is one year.  The goal of LLDC is to develop disciples of Jesus and give to them the tools to be effective and productive ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
