At Radcliff Church of the Nazarene, the Shepherding Ministries is also known as Christian Education Department. Shepherding Ministries is a tool with which we enable the family to be ready and useable by God and for God.
Within this department you will find:
& Family Development (Infant through Adult).
& Personal Ministry Preparation (Altar Worker Training, Greeter Training, Usher Training, etc.).
& Lay Leader Development Course (Our self paced Ministry Training Program).
& Specific Needs Training as warranted or desired.

The overall goal is to provide the family and the individual with a complete spiritual training program that will enable and empower all for the call and cause of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As an individual “hunger and thirsts after righteousness” and strives to be a “vessel worthy" of the calling received, we accept the responsibility to Feed and Tend the Lambs of God. And, we are not taking that responsibility lightly—WE CARE!
